Different people have different identities, and because of this, is what makes you different, special and unique. So, clearly I would not have the exact same personality and identity as my friends. My identity and personality is quite unique, but still, I will never try to hide it from others. I'm a person with an extremely hot temper in front of my family, but in contrast, in front of my friends and other people, I'm very hyper, active, playful and does not get mad easily. I love to play sports but sometimes I also don't like them, especially when I have to compete with a friend, in a sport which I'm bad at. People could get close to me very easily because I'm a person who could trust people without a question, but if someone did an mistake that hurts my feelings, then, my trust in them would no longer be there.
This is what makes YOU and ME different. The fact of what makes you, your personalities, talent, likes, and dislikes would all make you unique from others. Don't be scare to show it because you are who you are, and no one knows the real truth about you. So in conclusion, appreciate of what you have and use it in a good way. YOU could improve YOURSELF in the way YOU want to be, not what others wants YOU to be!

I really like that you describe your own personality then the ideas of identity. I agree on your ideas of identity that everyone is unique and should be themselves. Like you say, we should appreciate our own uniqueness and like ourselves. We're precious so we should keep ourselves to us, instead of lose our identity and try to be like the others. ReplyDeleteYour background image is neat, nice and pretty, but this is not the only thing, your header is really good too. The photos on your header are colorful and clear, and it reflect you well. I like it that you put your own photo with your friends on the header, this shows that friends are really important to you. You put photos of your own on your header, which reveal that you value yourself and accept who you are. From your header, I can see that you 're really a nice and positive classmate!
Kate, the image you included in your post will be a powerful reminder to anyone who visits your blog. Is this something you personally live by, or a wish to do so?
